1. How do I customize my piece?
Once you select a design, click "Start Customization," and fill out your contact information we’ll contact you within 24 hours to discuss size, colors, and finishes.
2. Do I need to pay upfront?
No, payment happens in two stages:
A deposit is required after you approve the digital rendering.
The final balance (plus shipping) is due before we send your piece.
3. What materials do you use?
We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), an eco-friendly, durable bioplastic, along with premium options like wood-infused filaments and metallic finishes.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made to order, with a production time of 4-6 weeks. Some larger pieces as well as larger custom orders may take up to 6 months. Shipping times depend on your location.
5. Can I see my piece before purchasing?
Yes! We provide a digital rendering for approval before you commit.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Since each piece is custom-made, all sales are final. However, if there’s any issue with your order, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
